Check in Enterprise Projects

Occasionally, resources and projects that are stored in the Microsoft Project Server database will need to be checked in by an administrator. To manually check in a checked-out project:

1. Connect to Microsoft Project Web Access.

2. Click Admin.

3. In the side pane, click Manage Enterprise Features, as in Figure 1.

4. In the side pane, under Enterprise options, click Check In Enterprise Projects, as in Figure 2.

5. On the next page, select the project you want to check in, and then click Check-in. If you check in a project that is checked-out, the user who has the project checked-out can only save changes to the database if he or she saves the project as a new project.

6. Click Save Changes.
